Little Pieces of My Art
If you’re here, you’ve probably just scanned the little QR code on the back of your earrings, so welcome. 🤍
These earrings are a little different from the usual jewellery.
Each design starts with one of my hand-drawn artworks. I spend hours drawing the original piece by hand, paying attention to all the little details, textures and character that make each subject unique.
I then take small pieces of those original artworks and turn them into wearable art.
So, in a way, these earrings are tiny pieces of my drawings that you can take with you.
I love the idea that art doesn’t always have to hang on a wall. Sometimes it can be something you wear, carry, or give to someone you love.
Whether you chose a little piece of African wildlife, a botanical detail, a bird, or one of my other designs, I hope it feels a little more special knowing that it started with an artwork drawn by hand.
A little care goes a long way 🤍
The earrings are made with stainless-steel components, making them durable and suitable for everyday wear. But just like your favourite piece of jewellery, they’ll stay looking their best if you give them a little care.
To help protect the finish and keep them beautiful for longer:
- Please remove them before showering or bathing.
- Avoid wearing them while swimming, especially in pools or the sea.
- Try to keep them away from perfume, hairspray, lotions, oils and other beauty products.
- Remove them before exercising if you tend to sweat heavily.
- When you’re not wearing them, keep them somewhere dry and preferably away from direct sunlight.
- If they need a little clean, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.
Stainless steel is durable, but the artwork and any decorative finishes still deserve a little TLC. With the right care, your earrings can stay a beautiful little piece of wearable art for a long time.
And most importantly…
Thank you for supporting my art.
Every time you buy something from my little business, you’re not just buying a product. You’re supporting the time, creativity and countless hours that go into creating each artwork.
And now, you get to carry a tiny piece of one of those artworks with you.
I hope you love wearing them as much as I loved creating them. 🤍
